Get Set for Enrollment at Gingerbread School
Step 1: Schedule Your Personalized Tour
We invite parents to experience our nurturing, play-based environment first-hand on this initial visit.
We recommend your first tour be parent-only, so we can share our approach to Conscious Discipline, social-emotional learning, and answer all your questions. You’ll learn about our unique curriculum, school policies, and how we support every child’s growth.
Step 2: Schedule a Second Visit With Your Child
Following your initial tour, we kindly ask that you schedule a second visit that includes your child.
This one-hour visit offers a chance for your child to explore our classroom and playground, and to get comfortable before their first day. Having you present helps ease the transition into our play-based, nurturing environment.
Step 3: Complete the Child Profile Form
To help us better understand your child, please complete the Child Profile Form. This form allows you to share your child’s needs, preferences, and your expectations for their preschool experience.
This form is available below and should be emailed directly to the Director of your child's Gingerbread Preschool location once filled out.
Step 4: Review and Determination of Compatibility
Once we receive your completed Child Profile Form, the Director will review it to ensure a good fit between your child and our program. You will then be contacted by the Director to discuss next steps in the enrollment process.
Step 5: Complete the Registration Process
In this final step, you will work closely with the Director to complete the required registration forms. These forms provide us with important details about your child and help ensure a smooth start. A registration fee will also be collected as part of this process.
